We also will be showcasing a couple new salamis this week. We have a very nice beef and parmesan plus we have a super cool Eric's Red Hot Chub. We would like to say Franks but don't want to here from the lawyers, it tastes exactly as you would imagine. Duck confit, bacon, foie gras trochon as well.
