We can promise you CHOPPERS that we will have some rad charcuterie this farmers market.  First off we have we have 2 pates we have never done before and we have the Red Hot Chub that we make with dehydrated Franks Red Hot that is better than ever.  We tried calling Ryan and asked him to come but its not for sure yet

FARMERS MARKET THROWDOWN 2013

This week both owners of each CHOP made a pate and because we are so self centered and egotistical we have decided that we will see who's pate is better by how many were sold of each.  The winner will receive nothing just bragging rights for the rest of eternity.  Paula made a wonderful Duck and Fresh Morel Pate and Eric made a wonderful Low Country Guinea Hen Pate w/ tasso & unseasonal Corn.  Although we will not receive any prize the real winners are you folks.
